Worst of the worst service.

My internet has not been working since Christmas day till 9/1/24. Contact Telstra technician a lot of times, every time they tell me to restart my modem and do a lot of different tests. Two times they organised for a technician to come out. We took a day off waiting all day, they never showed up both days, no notification at all.
