The phone people where very good.My power went off and with the the WiFi box,the power cord needs to be replaced. This is now the 3rd time the power cord needs replacing due to the power going off.Telstra you need to look into a proper cord.What happens then all WiFi goes down and on top of that you have to wait 2or 3 days for a new cord to be sent out.You can get a new power cord from jaycar.
