I was going to give a zero star. A Telstra shop person used my phone to change my internet plan for me. Then I read the message they were going to change my plan and put in an order. So I thanked them and logged off. Then I noticed nothing was done so I logged in again to see they asked for permission to change plan again which I have already given. They did nothing!!!!?So it took ages to get the plan change today. It was such an horrendous experience to get one simple request done!!! Hence I am sharing this feedback online. The awful feeling has made me want to leave Telstra for good! I am still thinking of it.
