Tried to redeem my Telstra points but at checkout it comes up with error, called Telstra after 39 mins a person came on and tried to fix the situation but failed then said someone will call me back in five working days mind you I wanted to redeem my points because I got a message saying they are going to expire, hmm what a coincidence?
