Non-existent customer service.I have been trying to resolve a subscription issue for almost two weeks, without any success whatsoever and now, reluctantly, will have no option but to cancel.What a waste.Having read some of the Telegraph's pathetic responses to some of the reviews here, I searched high and low for the supposed "self-service cancellation tool here which subscribers can use to pause or cancel their subscription ... it does not exist - more time wasted.
