Ok I only joined for a free trial of Night Zookeeper for my son .... gave my bank details then checked here and panicked ... went to cancel on My Account ... phone lines weren’t available ... didn’t want to call anyway. There is an option to cancel online too which is straight forward and easy. Happily now cancelled.08/05/2020
