I cancelled my subscription to the Telegraph during Lockdown as I could not find anyone to deliver. When I tried to renew my subscription and request vouchers my e-mails were acknowledged, but not acted upon. I sent my bank details by post, but nothing happened. It is not possible to contact the Subscription Department by phone and e-mails get no result.Every day they publish readers' letters complaining about poor service from organisations as a result of Covid. Needless to say my letter to the Editor about the poor service I have received has not been published
