Impossible to cancel subscription and no way to complain. I signed up for a subscription to read an article connected to something I was researching. Don't get me wrong, if I'd have found value for the subscription I would have kept it. But I didn't. I started trying to cancel a week before the free trial ended. Couldn't get through on the phone, and was directed to their online service. Sent an email to cancel as instructed. Payment was taken anyway. Finally got through to customer services on the phone who confirmed they received the email but "Don't cancel via email". And no-one had the decency to reply to the email and tell me that. And they couldn't cancel right now as a payment was going through and could I call back in 2 days time? They don't respond to facebook messages either. This feels almost deliberate!!!! Taking money they are not contractually entitled to!!!!
