Previously when I subscribed, I had to battle with them to get hold of the promised English Heritige membership that they promised for free. They said that the offer was a mistake on their part - only when I sent them a screen shot of the sign up page and threated to cancel my Direct Debit did they come back with the membership. I had a break from the subscription and took out another one - this time with a free 3 month subscription to one of a selection of BBC magazines. The same has happed again - no sign of my free reward and their Customer Services offer no solution other than endless promises of "someone will get back to you".They should investigate this mis-selling in their own "Fiighting for Your Money" section that exposes selling scams!
