Awful

Awful. My account was locked after the free subscription period ended. They had no record of a subscription but they kept taking money every month. Couldn't cancel the subscription and could talk to anyone as there was just an automated service saying use the website - which had no record of the account. I would give no stars and would never use the Telegraph serivce again
