I purchased a lifetime license for Teamviewer. The company just discontinued support for the lifetime license and now the only I can use their product is for me to pay. When I called tech support they told me that there was noting that they could do they are just reneging on their commitment.Your canned response did not address my complaints. Your customer service told me that I need to pay if I want to use teamviewer in spite of the fact that I have a lifetime license. I have filed a fraud complaint with Florida state attorney general's office. I urge anyone else who has this issue to do the same.
