Unfortunately, my interactions with your chatbot system have consistently resulted in promises of someone reaching out to me, yet I have not received any follow-up. Your response time used to be satisfactory in the past, but this year, I must admit it has been consistently disappointing.I've noticed that your system sends prompt reminder emails for late payments, which I find quite assertive. However, when it comes to addressing the concerns of your paying customers, I've encountered a noticeable lack of professionalism. Considering the relatively high service fees and pricing plans, I believe there is significant room for improvement in your service. I hope this feedback helps you enhance your platform.
