I just have to say that I think it is absolutely ridiculous that every time I ask for support I get a response MONTHS later that tell me to wait even longer for a response or the let you know if there is still a problem, even though nobody ever responded to my message about the problem I was having. I have always looked at the Knowledge Base before messaging. It has not been very helpful. The fact that I pay so much for this level of service is absolutely appalling. At this point, I would not recommend teachable to anyone as a platform to house their educational content. I really wish I had not spent so much time and energy building out my materials on this platform. Any success I have had is in spite of teachable, not because of it.
