We've been using Teachable for 3 years without a hiccup. It had its limitations, but it was okay. In April, the video player started acting up, and it is not playing our videos for our students—who are paying us. In these past three months, we've been running a lot of courses and some sales campaigns, and it has seriously damaged both our quality, processes, and top-notch reputation. We have signaled the problem to Teachable, but the support is awful. It takes ages, they are not trying to solve the problem, but instead said that it seems to be an internet provider issue. It is impossible that ALL internet providers can't load Teachable's videos (and theirs only). I have asked for a refund for both the recent months and the period left from our annual subscription (we renewed our plan in April) and they say that (and I quote) "I regret to inform you that we are unable to process a refund as it is outside our policy." Well, it is outside our policy to pay for a service we are not getting. We are looking for other platforms to migrate to.They have zero real human support. They are unavailable, their replies sometimes take more than one or two weeks, they are unhelpful, and definitely not in a customer-first and problem-solving mindset. Take your business somewhere else!!
