Target thanks for seasonal employees who are employed only here for the season and they sure show it in their lack of customer service behavior. Each of them shows and I don’t care attitude brings down the merriment of the season. Thanksgiving is upon us and there’s nothing to be thankful for. A young African-American man would not wipe the grin off his face and spoke to me in a condescending voice when he had trouble finding my order. When I tried to explain to him Target online continuously spells my name wrong he could’ve cared less after I just tried to give him my first name he cut me off and told me oh I found your order. I had to repeatedly ask him to please go and get it for me. If it hadn’t been for the manager on duty “Sydney”, I would’ve just left my order, had the money refund to my card and refuse to shop here anymore. Sydney has worked too many hours yet has brought the store back up to the standards to a level I am accustomed to as a shopper with the Target Corporation. Thank you Sydney for everything you do take a break and go home sometime.
