Had to leave 1 star because I couldn’t leave less!!! Target’s phone system is terrible!!! I have tried to call multiple stores to check for an item and the phone system automatically hangs you up or will ring a few times then hang you up and it doesn’t matter which department you are trying to speak to, because I started trying all the extensions, in the hopes to speak with anyone at this point!!!! How can you run a successful business if your customers can’t reach your stores when need be?!? This has turned me off from Target as it’s a form of customer service and THIS is poor customer service!!!! Target do better!!!
