Website to pay the bill is the worst. I have my username and password written down and it states that it is invalid every month. So, I change my password and username and still have a hard time getting to my bill statement. This is ridiculous. Not worth having the card. Sometimes I think its on purpose so you pay your bill late and get a fee. don't know and don't care anymore. Once I've paid the balance off I think I'm done with this nonsense
