I have been trying to register with your Target Red Card for six weeks. Each time, that's numerous store visits, untold attempts online and calls to your call centre (somewhere in the world) and this, RedCard team at 800-424-6888 (they tell you to go to rcam.target.com-upload, which asks you for a username & password. When you give it one it says doesn't exist. Other option, sign asks for a card number, WHICH IRRONICALLY, is why this whole debacle is on ongoing. Lets see if i get a response.
