If there was an option for no star I would have put it, never have I had this experience with Target or any other company where I was promised and paid for a delivery at 3:00 ordered some staple's for someone who is sick and who could not get out, hoping to get them these items earlier in the day, it is now a day later and merchandise has yet to arrive, meanwhile I called twice and was assured it would be delivered at another designated time, never showed up, I am wondering if will arrive at all, finally spoke to someone who said they were short staffed and had no shoppers to full-fill the order, then why commit to it and mislead someone for hours when I could have ran out and picked it up myself, to increase numbers so I don't order from else where? The order should be free at this point, completely mislead.
