Once again I was ripped off by Target. A while back I purchased something and was overcharged.When I went to guest services instead of my card being credited for some reason they gave me gift cards.I went to use the cards today - zero balance.So I don't have the item, wasn't credited, and bogus gift cards.This is a scam and they are thieves.Beware
