Target really sucks

As someone who has held a RedCard for over 10 years, I’ve made countless purchases at Target — from everyday essentials to home decor. Target has long been one of the retailers I relied on the most. However, after my experience with Target’s online customer service today, I’ve completely lost confidence in this company.The customer service I encountered was not only unprofessional but also surprisingly rude. The way I was treated made it clear that customer satisfaction is no longer a priority for Target. I’ve also been a customer of Walmart and Amazon, and by comparison, Target’s service is a complete disappointment.What frustrates me the most is that after so many years of loyalty and spending, I was met with indifference and poor attitude when I needed help. Good customer service should be the foundation of any reputable company — and this experience made me realize how far Target has fallen in that regard.Because of this, I will be significantly reducing my spending at Target.
