I bought origins skin care products this morning and drove one hour to 12100 Harbor Blvd. Garden grove. Once she gave me the two boxOrigins skin care packages then I notice they are not matched with pictures because on picture target emailed me they were normal and the box was green but the packages customer service brought me was red and inside were mini size items. She called the Manager BRIILO and He told me they are the same number and pictures are not important so how a customer Should know what is he purchasing?I ask for discount on my packages or some discount on another origins package which Mr. BRUILO refused and told me he will not do any discounts on this or other packages and refunded me while I was explaining I drove one hour to get this packages and today is Mother’s Day. He kept repeatedly said they are the same to me. I used to love Target but I think I will choose other stores after this bad experience today.Mr. BRUILO MAKE SURE CUSTOMERS NEVER BACK TO TARGET. By the way before I say good bye I mentioned it to him I am going to post this online but sounds like he does not care. I posted both package pictures on yelp.com.(The picture target emailed me and the picture manager Burilo was saying they are the same).
