Very disappointed in SurveyMonkey's service, I was charged for extra fees for a plan I never signed up for. Customer service was horrible and did not provide any solutions but rather a headache. They make it to where you have to manually enter to delete a subscription even if you sign up for a one month service. Very disappointing.
