I had just finished a paper for graduation that required a survey, and survey monkey’s SOFTWARE did a good job. I didn’t need the survey tool the month after that, or the month following that one. Just to be clear, they set your account to auto-renewal without asking you and refuse to give any refunds even if they can clearly see that you hadn’t been using your account for two months. Their customer service is terrible (speaking from a job where I feel like half the time I’m giving handouts to customers because it’s more important to present a cooperative and giving corporate image than one that stands behind “policy” when it comes to returns like Survey Monkey). I called the day my second auto-renewal was charged having though I cancelled it and they were useless. Product is okay, but their customer service is the opposite. I will never use nor recommend and will go out of my way to disrupt as much business for them as possible.Updated Note: If you live in Korea, Europe, or Brazil then you have a right to withdraw between 7 or 14 days after subscription in which SurveyMonkey will refund you. Whether it’s law or not, why would you happily still screw over your American (and Kazakhstani) customers?
