I needed a tool to conduct an online survey for my Honors Thesis. Therefore, I was reading a lot of reviews and tried to compare features among various online survey tools. So far, I have had an excellent experience with Survey Monkey. It is very easy to maneuver and fill out the survey questions. I have never had any issues with using Survey Monkey whenever I have navigated through it. Everything was self-explanatory and site was user friendly. The forms generated are clean, easy to read and understand, and allow some flexibility to change the layout and design. I subscribed the standard monthly plan. The plan offers extensive way of tracking, analyzing, and monitoring survey responses. It also offers ways to summarize and analyze the data using graphs and charts. Survey Monkey also makes it easy to distribute or publish surveys on another platforms. However, Survey Monkey is not cheap. The customer support is also not helpful and fast when responding. There is no contact number and a live chat option- only through e-mail!
