I would score less than 1 star if possible.I used Survey Monkey for work to create 2 surveys. 2. The app required a paid account for this, so I selected the lowest possible, knowing I wouldn't be using it very much. The lowest cost possible read $25/month with cancellation any time. I was charged $468 dollars. I tried contacting support, and after multiple emails the only response I ever received was that they never refund any charge, and there was nothing they could do. You can't call unless you pay MORE for phone access. Very Unhelpful, and a HUGE SCAM. Do not use.
