If there no stars I would give it. Wow it used to be this great product that as an individual or volunteer organisation you could do the odd survey for free. Not anymore!! I created a staff survey as a volunteer Governor for a local primary school. At no point did it let me know during the creation of my survey that I could only get 10 replies for free. I would never have used this product if I had known!!!It is misleading on purpose to get you to use it and then be forced to pay to see the results! It holds your results for random!!I would happily pay a small reasonable fee for one survey and 30 responses, but they don’t let you, you have to sign up to an annual subscription. On looking Hidden away you can see a monthly option meaning you sign up for annual subscription, but can then cancel the subscription, but this is £99. For one survey very steep! I’d have been happy to pay £25 even for one survey, but don’t advertise something as free without being very clear what you get for free! It is misrepresentation!!You use the product under false advertisement. Their brand is about to go through the toilet. I work in marketing in a paid capacity and will never use this company again. It’s a disgrace
