The system is relatively easy to use and gives a pretty unique platform. However, the prices are ridiculous!!! The amount a month is already high but to have to pay for the full year is extortionate. Once another platform comes that does similar at a reasonable price, as Google Docs is beginning to do, they will lose a lot of customers.
