I’m very disappointed with Suno. They no longer respond to emails, and the credit system is unfair — credits expire after just one month. I had 6,000 credits remaining, and suddenly they were gone without warning. I feel like I’ve been robbed.On top of that, the quality of the songs has declined noticeably. What used to be a promising and reliable service has become frustrating and unreliable. In the beginning, everything worked well, but now that the platform has grown, the quality and customer support have significantly deteriorated.
