Studuco customer service act in bad faith. Australian Family Law documents are out of date as the Act was changed in May 2024. Then they deny you a refund and don’t respond to follow-ups. I signed up to a free trial to access the full document before realising this, then closed it and forgot to cancel before renewal. As soon as I was debited - and I mean immediately - I requested a refund, except they denied it claiming that I accessed premium content after the subscription renewing; I did not. It appears as though, regardless of the fact that I clicked on my account page before logging in, the website automatically redirected me to the previously accessed document. Even though it would have been on the document page for mere seconds before clicking on the account page again. It’s a good concept but I’d recommend using a different service, based on out of date documents and poor customer service. Update: Customer service claims to have sent me emails to which I haven’t responded. To date, I have only received the same template response twice, claiming that I accessed content, therefore, aren’t eligible for a full refund. I have sent no less than three detailed follow-up emails and haven’t received a response.
