Abysmal customer support.

I was banned for no reason, did not receive an email explaining it, and when I tried to contact customer support I was told "no agents were available" for live chat or call, I decided to try again later. Now it is three days later and there are still no agents available to talk and my playstation plus renewed itself despite it being on a banned account. Good job sony, your inability to provide even basic customer support continues to astound me.
