I finally beat the que and was able to…

I finally beat the que and was able to order my PS5 from PSD in feb 2021. After waiting over a week for 2 day delivery I was able to get through to customer service. They reluctantly opened up a case to find the package. Blaming fed ex weather etc...They still have my money around $540... 2 weeks later I finally get through after hrs on hold to customer service to get an update on my missing package. I am treated like absolute garbage by the rep. I am told not to worry I will get my package PS5. Give them time to investigate. It takes time. 3 weeks later I wake up to find out they returned my money. (Days later money is still not in account). No ps5. No communication with me at all. The day I found out about the refund I waited on hold with customer service for 4 hrs and 40 mins without getting any help Playstation customer support in my opinion does not care about you. Or what you went through to purchase the new PS5. They know the customer isn't going anywhere because all their friends all there games will be lost. I am disgusted about how I was treated.
