Sony is the most out of touch company I know they have a support page that just loops you in circles and once you do find a contact us now button just says this isn't available currently. If you ever do get through to support after a dreadful amount of redirecting you'll soon find out the hassle of how useless the support is as it seems they can't do anything. By the way It's not the help staff that are the issue is the policies and the way that sony handle customers that are the issue
