Playstation support staff - is there any ?

I contacted playstation support to update my account information, after it failed to update on the website for some reason, I don't even know why it failed to update on the website, but it did and then I was for some reason locked out of my account. I had not really bothered with my playstation for over 1 year, due to having some issues relating to a different matter and waiting for them issues to be resolved. However I still had my account details close at hand, I just needed to update some things on the account. I was told 10 mins wait time for an agent, it was actually 30 mins.I was explaining to the agent what the issue was and explained that I had already tried to update the information on the website, but it wouldnt let me update for some reason.The agent said they needed to run me through some security questions. I agreed. The first question the agent asked was actually the information I was trying to change, I answered the question correctly providing the correct information but reminding the agent this was the information I was trying to change, the agent even though I gave the correct answer then said it was not a relevant question. This apparently counted as a fail then on my part even though I gave the right answer. I questioned the agents reasoning and pointed out that I had actually given the correct details. The agent very rudely said "IT IS NOT RELEVANT" The second question was for the consol code, I asked where I would find that and the agent basically said "you should google it" I'm like wow ok, so I asked the agent to give me a few moments and I did google it and took 10 mins to find it, gave the agent the code, but apparently I failed because I took too long. The third question was about recent transactions on the account. I then say to the agent what do you class as recent, they said in the last 3 months, I replied with well there shouldn't be any because I haven't used the account in the last 1 year. Apparently that's another fail. The agent then basically said I had failed to answer all questions, I pointed out I had not failed to answer a single question and had in fact answered all questions correctly, the agent was then very rude to me and abusive to me calling me a Karen. I actually found this funny because I was not the one behaving like a Karen. I love playstation supports staff members logic. They refuse to be helpful and even when you answer questions correctly they claim you failed or the answer is irrelevant.(Update - I later got the issue resolved by phoning up support and speaking with a lovely man, who I am so grateful to. This agent ran me through security I answered the questions which were the same questions as above and low and behold my answers were accepted this time, the answers I had given via online chat were correct, I am now going to make a complaint about the first agent. My account information has since been updated and my account unlocked and returned to me, no Idea why this whole situation happened but glad it is resolved now)
