Son Purchased game in error it wasn't downloaded or consumed in any way.playstation customer service said they couldn't refund me and didn't want to know.they could have refunded me but keeping my money is more important to them than being fair with people.after years of being a loyal customer to playstation this is how I'm treated.discusting behaviour.
