It came to my knowledge recently that my account got hacked. The email was changed so I saw no possible way of getting my account back. I live in Saudi Arabia so my case was handled by a Saudi Playstation department representative who's name is Ahmad. He was able to retrieve all my information after an authentication process and upon getting proof that I am the owner of the account, Ahmad helped me by reverting all the information related to my account back to the way it was before getting altered by the hacker. It was a very easy process and thanks to Ahmad I got my 13 year old account back.
