Bought a game that says it’s for 4 players. It's not. When you start the game and want to play multiplayer, and it comes to other players turn it tells you to give them the remote. This is not the definition of a multiplayer game (if so, any game is multiplayer). I raised this point to PS Store assistance requesting a refund since what they have in their website and what the game really is, it's not correct. The person replying to my emails defined that the game is multiplayer - up to 4 players each in their remote (their words). After explaining and send screenshots that it’s not what the game is they are still refusing a refund stating that all is working. This is against the European Law for faulty items.
