No response on phone.No response on chat.Chat bot sends us in circles, with no real answers to our actually needs.No response to emails.No response on Twitter, Facebook, or any other social network.They really are putting the nails in their coffin.If I can't gain access to my account, or at least get refunded the thousands of dollars I've spent, I hope Playstation plummets and goes out of business.I'll be selling my PS4, and the few physical copies of games I have (majority of my games were downloaded, and are now useless, as I can't play them now).And I MAY go to XBOX or Nintendo, if I can gain trust again. I may just go to retro gaming, only...nothing online. I'll never download anything again, though, after this fiasco.
