Only let you get a refund or cancel a pre-order by chatting to customer service but it isn’t available everyday so they remove the ability to cancel orders on evenings and weekend. Should be illegal. Ironically was looking a refund to upgrade to a better edition so they just lost money plus now knowing this I won’t pre-order anything again via the PSN store
