The way that they have recurring billing set up is a total scam. I was just charged $180 today for PlayStation premium. I instantly reached out to Support. And they said that they do not do any refunds on recurring subscriptions. I said that I would be contacting my bank. And support said that if I do a chargeback on my account that they will ban my PlayStation account. There is no reason that I can see that they should not be willing to refund me $180 for a same-day charge. Scam
