I was in the first day of my trial and running into a few issues trying to get the site to function as I would like. I submitted a ticket and a couple hours later I not only got a response but they actually fixed the problem for me. I've designed a few sites from templates and problems are usually resolved from a few back and forth conversations with the tech department and a lot of googling. But Squarespace makes it seem as though you have your own personal IT team and this was all before I even agreed to join. So of course I signed up and have never created a more elegant site faster.
