We registered our S African company believing that as you have ZAR on currencies acceptable that we would be able to trade. It turns out that this is not the case and we had to shut down and start the entire build up of a new website. Your description of currencies is deceiving and unacceptable. In addition you have not responded to any of our requests for a refund as we paid you an annual amount. Sometimes companies get big and think they can get away with such behaviour and it seems your company fits in to this category. Be warned everyone, there is no way to contact Squarespace direct if you have a complaint and complaining on the reviews does not help as they do not respond. My suggestion would be to avoid this platform at all costs as we all know the importance of customer service - none existent with Squarespace!
