We tried to duplicate the website as it is a feature they offer. The duplicated website had missing images and broken hyperlinks on several webpages. We did not notice this until some weeks in use. We had to spend extra developer hours to re-build the duplicate as we were already directing customers to a new URL. Squarespace refused to offer any refund or compensation.
