I have had auto billing set up since day one. some how that was turned off. they keep closing my account. The page takes you from direction page to direction page and none of the pages directions work. When you click a link that you think will take you to the location you need to go, it takes you to more directions. when you contact support, they tell you to do what the directions say. I just send them a screenshot of what the page does when you follow the directions step by step. You get 0 help. I have asked them to use the card on file and turn auto pay back on. they refuse to help and send me back into directions that don't work. I even used the domain name they provided and it says it doesn't have that name on file. Every time I do this, it takes a full day and you have taken so many steps, that you don't know what one worked after 8 hours of trying different ways. the award winning service is a joke. Fastfood with 10 dollar per hour people provided better service. I bet the 12% that said five starts all work for them.
