The absolute worst of the hosting/website companies is Squarespace. I was locked out of my account. I sent them everything, including the e-mail receipt, but I couldn't figure out which debit card I used and they would not let me back in. After I paid for a year of services, yep an entire 10 months of service promised but failed to deliver. Find someone else to meet you needs.
