This is the worst costumer service you'll ever get. They take an entire day between messages and emails. They don't pay attention to what you've said before and we're constantly on a loop to solve problem. People behind the support seem to don't care about helping their costumers. Totally disappointed, I just chose to subscribe Apple Music instead.
