Spotify does not allow canceling the subscription

There is no option to cancel the subscription in my account. Once I click on the 'Account' there is a question popping out if I found what I was looking for, and the only selection of 'yes' / 'no' answers. There is a comment field to support the answer. But no option to cancel! It loops to the same yes/no question everytime I log to the account page. I tried logging out and re-logging multiple times. Googled if there is another way to cancel, but seems I need to get to the normal 'Account' page first, which is not possible in my case. Tried with the app on the phone and laptop - same thing.. Guess I'm tied with this contract for life... will need to request my bank to block Spotify payments
