I've had the service for almost 4 years…

I've had the service for almost 4 years now I realized my account was being double charged i reviewed this issue with my bank I was told it was on their end...well needless to say after numerous attempts to prove this issue and receive my refund I was told nothing could be done,they could see on my account where I was being charged but they couldn't locate the other payment and they even went further to say that someone hacked my account hmmmmm,don't you think my financial institution would have let me know if that had happened....what a horrible company stealing from their customers
