I never signed up for spotify premium and I started seeing monthly charges on my credit card. There is no phone number to contact these people. A company that takes your money should have a phone number. I have to cancel my credit card and get issued a new one. BTW: I found the email that I believe they are using and it doesn't even have my details- only my age and a computer generated code in the user name space. What a scam. I just want a refund. I NEVER siged up for this . I want a refund immediately and whatever account they have on me cancelled. I sent emails to several links to spotify and received a computer generated response that did not help.
