Very very poor costumer service

Spotify is an excellent streaming service but the customer support is shockingly bad! My premium account was hacked and I had been back and forth for weeks emailing Spotify to try and resolve the issue, with no luck. Every time I get advices that don't seem to resolve the problem or answers that don't address my questions. So far, I haven't yet been able to have access to my original account. I had a similar problem with Netflix with my account been hacked and they resolved the issue with one quick phone call. Time to step up, Spotify!
